All of Shaws salamis are made using 100% hand trimmed pork from pigs that have been reared to the highest standards. The meat content is very high; between 80 and 85%.
They are proud that all our salamis are free of MSGs, artificial flavourings or colourings and are gluten free.
They use local oak chippings in our in-house smoker to smoke every individual salami to perfection.
A hot and spicy salami, great as a snack.
